weekend catch up

Hey, I am not in the mood for a serious beauty review today so thought I would do a little weekend catch up to let you know about my (very boring) weekend.

• great start to the weekend as i finished for half term and had the day off on Friday
• Friday shopping at the trafford centre
• sneaky pizza Friday night watching me and Mrs Jones (seriously the funniest thing I have seen in a long time
• Saturday doing nothing absolutely nothing
• early Sunday house cleaning
• cheeky rolo chocolate
• fresh faced autumn makeup
• watching cheaper by the dozen 2
• burning candles
• autumn walks watching the leaves fall

NOTD

Hi today I have a little apology and a nail of the day, so first the apology is that my laptop has died on me so I am having to beg, borrow and steal any laptop to do my work. This affects you because I have lost all my photos and all my upcoming post that I had ready to publish, so I may be a little slow with the posts this week (sorry). Anyway the nail of the day is a lovely wintry colour from nails inc called Lexington street. In the bottle this looks a little bland but when it is on the nails it is a gorgeous purple with mint glitter in it. 

 

 



 

What do you think??? I am really loving this at the moment.

Falling in love all over again

Hiya as the nights draw in and the temperature drops I have been reaching more and more for my beloved UGG boots. Now I am aware that some people love them and some people hate them but I love them. I got mine two years ago but until the end of November I had only worn them three or four times, now this is because of two reasons one I was far too scared to ware them cause they cost so much and two I wasn't really sure what to ware them with.

These are my babies, they are not the typical brown ones but I may have to buy a pair of them ones just so I have two colours. Mine are a deep purple with tiny shiny dots on the in a floral pattern (they sound hideous but they are nice) and inside they have the deep purple furry lining.

 

(how cosy does that look???)

But I have become brave and I have been waring them out and I just love them all over again. they are seriously the cosyest, warmest , comfiest thing I have ever had the privilege to put on my feet.

MUA brow kit

Hi hope you are all well. I am sure you will of heard of the new range that MUA have brought out if you haven't go and and check it out here http://www.muastore.co.uk/. Today I am showing the brow kit that they released and give my thoughts on it. So this is it.

 

It comes in very sleek typical MUA packaging with a pair of mini tweezers and a small eye brow brush. The brush I have used and it would be OK to use on the go but I like to use my elf brush when I am at home.

So the actual product, now I am always used a brow pencil so I didn't get how a powder could have been more precise, but I ave been changed I love this product. It comes with 3 different colours and I use the middle one and it also has a clear wax to set your brows.

 

 

I would definitely recommend this brow kit as it retail for £4 and is really lovely to use, I have been filing in my brows then using the darkest shade as a eyeliner and I really like wearing it like that.

Autumn bucket list

Hi second post of the day aren't you lucky? So when I saw Louise from Sprinkle of Glitter doing this tag I loved the idea so much I had to jump on the band waggon. This tag is not actually from Sprinkle of glitter but from Marie at picklebeanbooks, (please go and look at her blog) so hear it is. 

 

 

What you have to do is take pictures of your favourite meal, drink, outfit, activity, makeup and decor from autumn. I will be doing each of these over next week (cause I have the week off -yey!!!)

Autumn Lip

Hi so today I am doing some thing a little different, so this is to show you my favourite autumn lip (at the moment). For this I have been reaching for the Revlon colour stay lip gloss in a gorgeous plum colour.

 

 

Now for the life of me I can't remember why I ever bought this cause I would never usually go for

this colour as I think it is a little too dark but I have been converted to darker colours I think.

Autumn Primark haul

Hi I'm sorry but I have another haul for you today but it is a Primark one which I know you all love. So I went to the Leeds Primark this time (because there is not one near me) any way this is what I bought.

some slipper like pumps and I loved them so much I got them in gold and red £6 each

actual gold glitter (wow)

Christmas headband (this was in the men's section but I really liked it) £2

Little Haul

Hey, hope you are all well? Today I am going to show you a few bits and bobs I have picked up recently.

first of all I went to New Look and they had a sale on (so I had to but things) so I got green shorts with tiny black poker dots on them and zip detail on the pockets and on the back, I then got a gold peplum top and some cream brogues.

I then went to Superdrug and picked up the new pink champagne Vaseline, MUA BB cream, MUA bronzer in shade 2, MUA eyeliner in black,MUA lip gloss in shade 3 and finally their new brow kit.

 

(and I will be doing reviews and OOTD's)

Friday Party

Hi all, i planned to this post yesterday but I felt like death (no joke) so I am doing it today instead. Anyway lets just get on with it, so I went to a party on Friday night (the beautiful Naomi's 16th) and I have some lovely pictures of my gorgeous friends (not of me as I was taking them so bit tricky to take them and be in them).
