Long time no see

Wow its been a long time! I can only apologise, life just got in the way a little but as of today I now have two weeks of school for Christmas. Hopefully I will get quite a few blog posts up. I don't really have anything to talk about today I just wanted to let you know that I haven't forgotten about you and I should be back to normal very soon.

November bucket list

Hey hope you all had a good Halloween and are all excited for bonfire night. This month I have decided to make the most of the month because its nearing the end of the year and I still feel like I have a few things I would like to do, so here's Novembers bucket list.

Got to have a silly picture

• start buying Christmas gifts (yes this year I wont leave it to Christmas eve)
• carry on my spending ban for buying non-essentials
• write some more blog posts
• take a walk by the river (I never do this I always walk in the wood but the river in the city is beautiful and I really should spend some time down there)
• spend more time with friends
• go to the gym more

I think that's enough to be getting on with this month but hopefully I will manage everything. I might make this a regular thing because sometimes I get so wrapped up in big things (e.g. school and events) that I forget to do the little things that I really enjoy.

Top 5 blushes

Hey I  wanted to share my top 5 blushes with you today as blushes have to be my favourite makeup item.

 

1.Bobbi Brown Lip and cheek tint, powder pink 6
This is a cream blush that gives a very natural flush to the cheeks

 

2.Collection shimmer shades, blushalious
4 shades that you swirl together to create a radiant glow

3.MUA, bubble gum
A hot pink blush with no shimmer that gives you a 'just been out in the cold' look (if you get me)

4.Chanel due blush, tweed pink 10
A very shimmery highlight/blush that gives a very 'barbie' look (in a good way)

 

5.Top cream blush , neon rose
This looks very scary but really it leaves a very natural peach pink tone to the cheek.

Fall is here

Hi as its the first of October and Fall/Autumn is now upon on us me and my sister went into the woods to take some pictures to get us in the Fall mood.

Friends

Hi today I am writing one of those 'deep' life posts, so I'm sorry if that's not for you but I quiet like getting things of my chest and if they have any impact on anybody else, then that's a plus point. The topic today is friends, which may seem a little open and slightly random but being a 16 year old girl trying to scramble through school while keeping friends, trying to have boyfriends and doing well in school, its very important.

In school your friends are the ones that are going be with you every step of the way helping you through whatever s**t school decided to throw at you and you really need to know who your friends are and which ones are going throw it back in your face.

At the moment I have just started 6th form, which for me doesn't mean leaving my school but it does mean loads more new people coming and changing up a few friendship groups that have formed throughout the years. This can be scary but it can also be such an adventure.

Now I have had the same few close friends for a number of years and it all worked till we had the bombshell that one was leaving to live at the other side of the world. This is one of the biggest things I have had to deal with and unless you have gone through the same things I'm sorry you just wont get it. But this has meant that as group of 4 now we have become very close and the idea of having people coming and ruining this has scared me all summer. In my head we were going drift apart leaving us saying hi in the corridor and all walking our separate ways. I was wrong.


Yes new people have become friends with us but that hasn't changed how we are friends with each other because we have been through so much that others wont understand and that cant just be erased and discarded.

So what am banging on about? I think what I am trying to say is although change may seem big and too much it sometimes means you get to see who your true friends are and what they really mean to you.

I hope that was of some use to somebody maybe someone that has just started a new school or collage but it was just nice to actually write it down so I don't really mind if anyone else doesn't find it helpful.

I like writing these types of post, what do you think? Maybe I could write about another topic e.g. boys or school? Just an idea.

What do you think, this is my usual 'go to' eye look for going out just cause its so easy to do.

New School Bag

Hi as I am still in school I felt it obligatory to write something about going back. So I wanted to tell you about my new school bag cause I think it is just beautiful and everyone needs it in their life, whether your at school or not.

 

This is it and its from H and M, it has a zip opening with three small pockets inside (one with a zip, one for your phone and and extra one). It has poppers on either side to open the bag more if you wish and it has two handles (one over the shoulder and one across the body).

 

The bag has tonnes of room inside and the two different handles are really useful. I also really like that it has a textured surface to it as I think this will hide marks and scratches more.

 

Anyway that's my bag, now I've got to get back to been in denial about going back to school tomorrow.

mini break

Hello hope you are all well, today I have just got lots of pretty pictures to show you of my camping break away to Northhumberland. I have actually never been to Northhumberland although its only a 2 hour drive from where we live but we did go and I'm so glad I did, I had a brilliant time. Here are the photos:
